In the past few days several mechanical issues on both Engine 6 and Ladder 5 have placed them out of service for at least a week. With only Rescue 3 left in the fleet it was decided to seek assistance from our neighbors. The Taunton Fire Department would like to thank the Fairmount Fire Department who loaned us an Engine until repairs can be made on our apparatus. This is just one of the many ways volunteer fire departments work together to better serve the residents in our community
