2o25 Year Close

As the 2025 year comes to a close, we would like to show our appreciation and gratitude to the dedicated men and women of the Taunton Fire Department.

Our 100% volunteer agency responded to just under 600 alarms this year.

Calls answered ranged from structure fires (26), vehicle extrications (3), general EMS calls (194), and hundreds of others in between.

In total over 14,000 hours of training were performed by our members, either within the department, or extra curricular (EMT-B, EMT-P, State Fire Classes).

In addition to training hours, just under 20,000 hours were spent providing station staffing, to ensure a timely response to anyone in need of assistance.

A special “Thank you” to our Top 10 Responders for the 2025 year:

1. FF Jacob Lucak (349 alarms)
